Spanning a career over two decades, Damion has played across the world from Ministry of Sound London to Ibiza, with the likes of Carl Cox, Funkagenda, Sander Kleinenberg, Derrick Carter, Stefano Noferini and Mark Knight, through to being the Director of global club & lifestyle brand, Musicology with events in London, Milan, Ibiza and Sydney to name a few.
His beginnings started in the late 80’s in the hip hop scene and quickly moved into the emerging dance music scene in the early 90’s in the rave scene of Australia. He quickly rose up the ranks of established artists and toured extensively across the country, playing at every major festival and holding down exclusive residencies across Australia. During this time he became heavily involved in the industry as an Editor of some of Australia’s leading street press magazines, along with promoting club nights, touring international artists and the running of major outdoor festivals.
Over the past 20 years, Damion has played various styles, from the hedonistic rave days, playing underground warehouse events, beach parties in the tropics though to high profile clubs, such as Ministry of Sound, London. As the Director of Musicology,
he is in constant touring demand across Europe along with his consulting work the nightclub and bar industry.
Musicology is a worldwide brand, originating in Sydney, Australia (2009), fusing elements of art with all things from Tech, Progressive, Techno to Baleric House. Musicology is a brand that continues to grow, with recent sold out capacity events in Ibizia, London, Milan and the New York in the last 6 months.
