An eclectic mix of Progressive music...everything from Progressive Breaks, Progressive Trance, Progressive House, Nu Skool Breaks...it's all inside. This is a mix I made back in late 2005, but have NEVER allowed out of the vault. I kept it stored on a hard drive for all these years for a few reasons...not the least of which because some of the music in this mix dates back to '99, and in 2005, if you weren't playing all white labels or brand new releases (the kind of stuff that the ink wasn't even dry on the label yet), you weren't getting anybody to listen to your demo. Since ALL the music on this mix is now dated, it's time to let it out of it's cage. By far, this is one of my favorite mixes I have ever made, and for a very good reason. This particular mix holds a special place in my heart, because it contains some of my favorite remixes and tunes ever to occupy space in my record bag (although in the spirit of being truthful, there are two tracks on this mix that came from cd...this is one of the only mixes I ever put together where I used a set of CDJs along with my trusty old 1200's). Every mix should tell a story, should grab you by the hand and take you on a journey...this one is designed to do just that, and I hope you decide to jump on and enjoy the ride!

This one has Ninja Tune Records written all over it! All tracks come from the Ninja Cuts compilations called: Flexistentialsm, Scratchmological waxploitation and Funkungfusion. Some track are from the LP Jazzy breaks By DJ Food. All these tracks are, euhm, like 10 to 15 years old and (to me) they still sounds fresh and futuristic! The set hase a very nice broken/blunted jazzy and relax feeling to it! And ow yeah, the last track 'The Crow' is my personal favorite track from Ninja tune EVER!
