The mix takes you through old school progressive trance, deep psychedelic and progressive and even some tech-house. I got right on it recording it, found my flow and dug out some corking tunes from as far back as the 90's when i first started mixing. I love the percussive, tribal edge to a lot of these tracks - Im a sucker for a tribal rhythm...and that intro says it all!
Sometimes memories and enthusiasm can cloud my judgement and when i remember a tune I've just GOT to slam it in there and then!! So I hope the transitions between the styles work - initial reactions to the mix have been really good so fingers crossed...
