This is a track I have been trying to get IDed since I first heard it in 1993.  It was part of a real audio set on Hyperreal.org under the name DJ Mars live in Allentown PA.  As someone who knows of DJ Mars and Allentown PA, I can assume correctly that this was a recording at Geofrey Colon's nightclub "The Freightyard".

I've known Geofrey for years and I've asked him several times about this track.  I've also had email communication with the fellow DJ Mars.  Each time I ask him I get the cold sholder as if A). This is a tune which he simply does not remember or B). He wants to keep this secret as if there is going to be a 1992 rave revival someday and he'll be the only one with this special.  Most likely the answer is A.

Now that being so what else am I to think about this tune because I do want it IDed so I can buy it.  Did Mars make this tune himself on his home computer?  If so, can I buy it?

Here is another avenue to think about.  Geoffrey went to England to bring back 1992 'Ardkore records because there wasn't much distribution of them in the USA at the time they were coming out in 1992.  If you watch the Limelight documentary you will here that they did this as well.  Geoffrey sold me some really weird releases that they played at the Frieghtyard including a strange test pressing of a Defender "Feel It (Bass)" Remix that was suppose to be a picture disc on Lucky Spin however this was a pictureless picture disc that was just flat white with a black edge.  So the Frieghtyard certainly had some special access releases.  The DJ Mars set in question had a great deal of Grant Nelson work in it.  Now Grant Nelson did the Bannana Sausage EP which has many simmilarities with the tune I'm trying to ID.  The ample Naughty use of accapella samples, the saxiphone riff.  To add to that I downloaded a Grant Nelson bank of samples from his site in the early 2000s and in that sample set was the organ riff used in this track.  I'm starting to think this was some sort of Grant Nelson dubplate or weird release of his.

I'd just love to know what this is.  I'm currently working on a remix of it in Acid Pro.  It's going to be very different but it will have a simmilar organ riff and the Sandee samples.
