The 1st day of autumn, and those golden shades are beginning to appear. This was always a time for Sunday drives out into the countryside near to where I lived. You could find several favourite spots for that memorable view, like walking along a tree-lined avenue. Young kids always spotted fairies dancing in the trees. There was a sound too, as trees moved in breezes. The colours were spectacular when you were there on the right day.
Can you help looking back to the Summer, and whatever experiences occurred on holidays? Something else begins to happen as other days come closer. So, you look forward too, to the end of the year.
