Coming from a place where no one would wish to be, you have to be positive. One phrase comes to mind, said by Lancelot (I think)....
"Ah, the lady. I knew her..... well."
I can't be sure it helps but, it's all I could arrive at that expresses certain feelings. (Keeping in mind what was said about a positive perspective adopted earlier.) Out of action covers much. It's a way to describe things surrounding events without stating whatever the event was. Am I back in action? I'll decide that shortly, or however long it takes.
In the meantime, music is an expression of feelings, sometimes. Or, it can be the tool to go to when nothing else works. Not all that surprisingly, you instantly leap for the positive. There it is again, albeit from a different angle but, thinking about it, probably could be less help and more distraction. That can lead to proving to be helpful.
