When you go looking for something else, how often do you hit on an idea for another project? It's very normal for me to drop onto something to work with when I do. It can anything that sparks the idea. Such was the case here.
There was something very familiar with a gemstone under magnification. The imagery of a far-distant nebula had a similar pattern to one I'd seen in a firestone opal. Space, right under our noses, it seemed.
Space, of another kind, allowed me to get on with this set completely uninterrupted. Now that does make a change! Not really looking for any track in particular other than the next to play in any set uncovers a few gems to use. Most for later, I'll add. It felt like synchronicity was creeping in. One thing leads to another, and the obvious candidate for a set title.
