Once in a while, I like to do a feature mix based on tracks from one label. This time, it's the turn of Cosmogenesis Recordings. I've known about them for several years. They always have some great tracks from relatively unknown artists. It was almost by accident that some are people I know personally. That has nothing to do with choices. When a track's good, it's good, irrespective of who made it, friend or unknown.
Anyhow, as usual from Cosmogenesis, it's Full-On Psy coming your way. This is only the tip of the iceberg as well. There's enough to compile many, many sets.
We're now seeing a lot more girls breaking into the world of DJing - DJanes. Those I've heard are superb, and covering several genres of music too. Nothing unusual about that. So, this is dedicated to all those. A few I'd like to single out? Where do you start? Amethyst, Belle Seraphin, Lorraine, Mutated Pony, Psibindi...... I could name a whole lot more.
One other I have to include, because she'd belt me if I left her out, my own daughter, Nat-Vic. She's an 11 year veteran of 14 y-o! Now she'll smack me for saying that! I can't win!
