The finale of "Familie Reisen". One day it will dawn on some sisters what the correct translation should be. They went for German because it was language spoken by friends we were with? This came about during a visit to Germany, and which they'd played a part in trickery, after a fashion, to get a certain brother to go to a reunion. The fact that I'd've gone anyway was neither here nor there in their considerations. I did have a great time meeting a lot of people I'd not seen in many years, including some I'd gone to school with, and others who'd been part of an exchange.

That had to be crowned, it seems now? I do have more than one sister, or two. One particular sister is a long-serving renegade on the music scene, and in more than one country. To cut another long story to as short as possible, Something else was planned for this excursion into Germany. Again, it was for a circle of friends I'd not seen in quite a while, and as is the case, a party was required. Where a party is required, so, too, is some music befitting the occasion. That would not be complete without some contribution for yours truly.

In short, this set is from this gathering of friends, in Germany. Not in the same location as the reunion though, which makes this trip quite some piece of planning. It's been a long while since the idea formed for this to become something achieved. Again, I would've gone without all that went with getting me to go. Again, I have a great time with friends I'd not seen in some time, although we do 'speak' (via the now usual forms). Once more, a multiple deck system was used, more to keep the whole evening and night flowing seamlessly, and to allow various back2back sections to happen without knocking each other out of the way. (Sort of back2back2back in places too!)

BTW - Once this has completed its upload, we'll be venturing out again. Not in Germany this time. This is some kind of wonderful that's going on! I've given up on resisting? I had as soon as it became clear this was to be a special time!!

New saying? - - If it's Friday, it must be...... Where are we? Where are we going..... next? Night out in Amsterdam!!
