Brand new Psy Based set recorded just in time for the Summer Solstice.
I approached this mix imagining I was playing a live set on the eve of the Summer Solstice with Stonehenge in the distance under the settng sun. The set starts off very ambient, really setting the tone and atmosphere and then builds as the set progresses taking in Psy Progressive and Psy Trance... An EPIC journey through the different sounds of Psy.
This set was recorded live in one take and was not pre-planned. 99 percent of the tracks are braqnd new releases to.
I added the ambience of the crowd afterwards to give it more of a live feel which I think contributes to the mix.
This set is best enjoyed with the lights out, volume turned up, headphones on to full appreciate all the elements...
