Like your new stuff John, I've 2 more myself in the lst 2 weeks.

I've trained for the last 15years but just on and off when I feel like it..can't get too into it cuz I like drinking alcohol too much..started doing the old powerlifting malarky the start of this year. Enjoying it but find the squating hard cuz I train on my own..also think my form probably sucks..you must do it serious then if you're entering a competition??
