U were deffo speaking the truth about the status of the track in ur mix. These are the sounds I remember hearing when I first discovered drum & bass back towards the end of college days. No lie, I lived in a dorm and stayed across the hall from a Manchester native named Alex Macpherson who introduced me to the music genre among many others like Joy Division aka New Order and Suicidal Tendencies. We became good friends because of our shared interests and the music we both loved. Funny how I remembered that guy while listening to your mix. Good memories and good times so many years ago. I also recall being one a few black guys in the area listening to DnB back then because I was still djin' strictly hip-hop (while secretly exploring industrial dance and punk rock) at local events and college radio. Later came breakbeat, but that's a different story. Thoroughly enjoyed the tunes DJ-F.
