Welcome to Deep Hollows Ep.1 (2016). A
new year comes with new challenges. To the latter I will be selectively Shakespearean
and rephrase Brutus’ words: “There comes a tide in the affairs of men, which,
taken at the flood, leads on to fortune…” I pray that 2016 favours all of your
affairs. This is a smooth, melancholic set with tribal elements, laced with chilled
soulful vocals, rising like a tide to gyrating African vibrations. RIP David Bowie & Eddhi Cheq Mawango (gone
