I did this exclusively for Internet Radio, so I wanted to give everyone something different instead of the same old thing every month. This is my set for July, it's actually only half of the entire set that I did with a guy from Australia. Once his half of the set is complete that will replace this set. I've been getting complaints that my sets are too short, and I agree that they are, but it's usually because I'm on the road a lot and don't have very much time to work on a long set. This past weekend I wasn't booked for anything so I did a 30 min Funky House Set, hope you like it, thanks for your support.

This is my June Electro Mashup, and I use the term Electro lightly because this is mostly Disco laid over Electro beats. I wanted to do something different for this month so I had to do the Disco thing. There may be a couple of Funk tunes in here, but this is a Disco mix lol. So if you don't like Disco, I advise you to stay away, however if you're a fan of all types of music like myself, then you'll probably appreciate both the Disco and Electro aspect of this set. I went back to my roots in this set. I used my 1200's almost exclusively in this set to do the Disco era justice. I also went back to laying down some heavy scratches in this mix as I did in some of my previous sets. I laid some effects down to give it more of a retro and Disco feel. Psycho House is an extreme, uptempo subgenre of electro house that contains elements of Fidget House, in that songs are composed of snatched vocal snippets and dirty bass lines. Psycho House is characterized by foggy, distorted bass and heavy snare drums, which are emphasized during the chorus over the kick drum. Tempo for Electro House usually ranges from 125 to 140 BPM. Psycho House is on the top end of the tempo scale at between 136-142 BPM. Psycho House is the heaviest subgenre of House Music

I was going to wait to release this in March because I moved my studio back to the United States which took some time, but I finished it early so now I'll also release an Electro set in Mid-March. I did this set a bit different from my normal sets in that I didn't scratch, and this set is actually almost all electro and fidget house with the exception of a few garage, hip-hop, funk and disco tunes. I love electro house music and if you've ever seen me play live you'll know that I play the exact same style as my mix sets.
