Empty Streets was first recorded by the band that I am in Late Night Alumni (yes, I am also in a band). It was an instant classic and was played in clubs around the world. But it was a really difficult track to find and buy. So for my last album DYNASTY I re-recorded it and put a new version out. Since that was a bit more chill I needed a fresh club mix while touring for DYNASTY. Then came along my homey Digital LAB who sent me this amped up version of "Louder Than Words". I loved it and later got the idea to lay the "Empty Streets" vocal on top.
