This one is all about the old skool, with some absolute classic dance anthems in the mix including: The Original, Nush, Rockford Files, Bobby Brown and Tin Tin Out. I used to play these all the time when DJ'ing back in the day, but have mixed them better than ever here with modern tech - blending in filters, loops and other techno-shenanigans to true 'Workout Mix' standards. It starts hard and fast and hot and keeps on keeping on!
