Having only planned on releasing a trilogy of workout mixes, I thought I'd put another on this site that I did last May when I was going through a bit of an old skool UK Garage phase! Quite an eclectic mix this one - with on the one hand a classic techno track by EBE Audio (Inner Energy) - which is my all time favourite track to run to (from 1995!) to Sigma's slightly more contemporary 'Nobody to love' - one of the best tracks of 2014. In the midst of that we have classic UK garage tracks by H Two O, Shola Ama and Shanks & Bigfoot, and the whole mix kicks off with a classic from Black Legend.
Hope you all enjoy this one, and let me know if you'd like more of these types of mixes, as I still have a couple more up my sleeve before I start making new ones!!
