Hi all,
Following my Bowie tribute I thought it was about time to bring things back to 2016!. All new music in the mix, kicking off with the insanely catchy and somewhat retro DJ Fresh and Dizzie Rascal 'How love begins' and moving into quite a variety of harder edged workout tunes including new tracks from Major Lazer and a bizarre - but great! - Cyndi Lauper 2016 rework. This one keeps it rocking all the way through - perfect for a long run, and hard enough for a good boxing/kickboxing session - exactly what I plan to do myself whilst listening to it full blast in the gym this Thursday!
