I'm a music lover and independent DJ who wants to share all the great music I find from my constant quest for new music.
I'm a huge fan of Drum and Bass, but I also enjoy Dubstep, Breaks, Glitch Hop, Electro, Pop, Rock, Reggae, Hip Hop and lots more.
I always play a mix of genres during my DJ sets. I believe it makes for a far more interesting and rewarding listening and dancing experience. With all the different genres of music out there, the idea of listening to just one, seems ridiculous and close minded. Beyond the dance floor, I like to mix and match musical genres to help create an alert and dynamic musical listening experience.
In my opinion, Toronto's taste in music is pretty homogenous (House, Top 40, Retro) so it is my mission to expose people to fantastically different, yet accessible, styles of music. I throw parties under the event name The Future Sound Of Toronto. A bold statement, yes, but also a reminder to keep pushing things forward and to keep the bar high.
