Its pretty difficult to mix 70s disco tunes due to live bands not having clocked beats back in the day. Live disco performers did not have the lux of a pre set beat!....They all were real musicians that played it by ear!.......Im telling you...I give much props to all the 70s Djs!......Its a task to mix the old school disco!........Lots of the music I put on this pod cast was from the mid to late 70s. I was born in 1969 so that would make me 5 years old when some of these tunes came out and were popular. Totally Agreed with you Jon......80's somehow manageable.....but the 70's...looping very very difficult.......

Heard this Jon via cell phone... I agree with you 100%. Bands were live back in the 70s and used all instruments. Very nice mix indeed.

Mixing 70's and also 80's is really hard, not just because the beats are all over the place, but extended versions were just that extended versions but not very DJ friendly.
