OPENING TRACK!!!!!!!! - NICE ONE. Classick disco-funk sound!!!!!!!! Female vocals, "Try it out, take a chance, you can do it, try it out," INFECTIOUS bass guitar riff and horns. \\0// \\0//. 10:20 mark - Cheeky good. Evelyn Champagne King's standard vocals. The horn, saxophone, and flute accompaniment will remind vets of Marilyn McCoo and Billy Davis, Jr., "You don't have to be a star 1976." 13:10 - GEEEEEEZ. King, "Stop That 1982." Her vocals have a way of soothing nervous energy. 19:30 - HA, the male lyrics! Delegation, "Heartache No. 9 (1980)." The bass guitar rhythm, horns, and backing vocals DO IT. GROOVES MAN. 25:40 - TIMELESS. The Gap Band, "Burn Rubber On Me (Why You Wanna Hurt Me 1980). The chorus with the coarse synth and guitar, PURE FUNK. 32:15 - Fierce. Female vocals, the cowbell, and bass guitar riff keep a CATCHY rhythm. 37:30 - Cheeky luvin' it!!!!! Female vocals, disco-slow dancing vibez. From 1979-1981 you couldn't leave a club without hearing a track like this. Now....the after hours stuff.....hmhmhm 0-0. Wait for the instrumental breakdown. https://i1.wp.com/bestlifeonline.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/love-story-movie.jpg?resize=1024%2C609&ssl=1 - 45:45 - Damn Keith, guilty pleasure. The Pointer Sisters, "He Turned Me Out 1987" from the cult classic film "Action Jackson." All the mid-80s elements for a hit were produced on this one. 49:05 - Sooooo cheeky good. King, "Shake Down 1983." B-movie soundtrack flavaz. Hittin' rewind on the VCR to hear the track again....lol. 52:15 - VOCALS. Khemistry, "I Can't Lose With The Stuff 1982." The male and female vocals (Trio) were in perfect harmony; catchy GROOVE. 57:40 - Coda....Cissy Houston's vocals, Disco FLUTE. GROOVE MAN!!!!!!!!!!

- Fun stuff ere Disco-Funk Headz. This ride doesn't overdo it with cheesy or well-known era tracks. The bass rhythms, horns, and vocals are flat-out GROOVES. It was nice to step back and get some cheeky 'feel good' giggles listening to this. (61 mins - Disco-Funk Guilty Pleasure) - You'll have to dl this, it's an incomplete play on the link.
