HORIZONS PROJECT - DJ John Paul
John Paul aka Horizons Project started his DJing career in 1998 but started his music collection from 1994.
His first rise to fame was when he travelled to Tennessee America to DJ at the white hall mansion party for his best friends wedding, which then lead him onto playing the Village Bar in San Antonio Ibiza and Plastix for Eden Nightclub.
Came 3rd in the Smirnoff Ice regional DJ competition which gave john the confidence to run his own events.
In 2004 John promoted his two nights called Revolution and Funkylicious. He successfully ran the UK Drum&Bass DJ battles under his brand Revolution and has since launched his 2nd brand dedicated to house music. Funkylicious started at Voodoo Lounge in Plymouth and Club Juice and continued for just under 2 years. Before John moved to London.
2010 came and the Funkylicious Show is now Johns main project. Broadcasting on a weekly basics to thousands of listeners in over 86 countries per week through the airwaves of the internet and digital radio. John has booked some top names for his show which include DJ Tall Paul, Seb Fontaine, Mark EG, Graeme Park, DJ Phantasy plus many more.
The Funkylicious Show is dedicated to bringing the best house music to ear drums, helping unknown artists get exposed by guest mixing their sets alongside popular names in the business.

After devoting his life to Music from an early age, DJ John Paul (The Horizons Project) has taking his skills to the next level where he is revered for his efforts to elevate the medium into the realm of fine craft.
