Threw this mix together recently for my oldest daughter who grew up listening to these great tunes in the 90's/early 2000's, even though I retired from spinning in the late 80's (hence the title, this stuff was released well "past my prime" - lol!). But I decided to put this mix together to prove a point: Once you know how to mix, you can mix just about anything - and forever... so cherish those skills if you got 'em!
That said, in honor of my daughter, Rachel, I've decided to post this set - and (hopefully) for the collective enjoyment of all House-Mixes.com fans. It times out at 1:16 and, as per my mantra, is NOT downloadable. Sorry but I've had problems with boneheads plagiarizing my work in the past, so no exemptions to the rule. While I no longer spin for profit, I still take pride in my mixes and want to prevent any less than honest members from benefiting by ripping off my stuff. 'Nuff said.
