I've always loved music. When I was much younger I used to mess around with samples from old records on the Amiga 1200. I don't know if anyone knows what one of those is, however there was a little program I used to use which I believe was called OctaMED.
I got more interested with DJ'ing after I had been to Magalluf. I think the music from the clubs inspired me. Not long after that I got my first set of decks (Gemini SA600's) which I still have today. They are not brilliant but certainly do the job. I generally mix most of my work with Sony Sound Forge on my PC, but occasionally I do live mixing with my CD decks (Pioneer CMX3000's) and Cue PlayDJ for my iPod Touch. I don't mix in any clubs, I don't think I have got the bottle to do it. However I do share my work for free on my website where you can download 320kbps MP3 versions.
