A genre of Electronic dance music and updated 70's Disco Music that originated in the city of Chicago in the
early 1980's. Early house music generally used disco's repetitive 4/4 beats, along with many core elements,
notably the prominent kick drum. House Music varies in styles and sub genres such as Electro House, Tech and
Progressive House.

Many of the songs I use in this mix are considered the most influential and definative early House Tracks... the songs that
really pushed the genre to its popularity... along with some Acid House tracks. This mix has some of my best mixing and yet
it has not been as popular on this site in the Old Skool Genre - so I have switched it over to House.

In addition to 80's old skool Club Music these were the tracks I would play at the New Jersey Shore Clubs right up to 1990.
