This is the most professional CD I have ever made. I made this for a friend in 2005 who teaches Step Classes. She went to San Diego to teach a "master class" at a fitness convention. After her class, the CD was passed out to the instructors who took her class. Im not sure how it happened but before long many instructors had a copy of this. I heard of one instructor in particular who made many copies herself and sold them as her own mix- lol
Anyways, this mix is totally legit to play on a dance floor because every last song on here is a JAM! But, like I said it was made for a friend who teaches fitness classes.
Most of these songs are from my vinyl collection. I still have them all :) All songs have been edited to be in 32 count format. I'll give you a title/artist list soon.
