Hi. I went overboard last night with messing with this song and I thought I would share it. This is kind of what I do with most of the songs in my mixes...I tweak them out by splitting, cutting, pasting, looping, enveloping, and a lot of alignment of the beats. I also like to make myself a nice long "dj friendly" intro and an exit. I use Cool Edit Pro to do this.
I didn't use any imported sounds or filters for this remix - only sounds which are already on the song. I left in a few parts which make the song identifiable as to what it was because the tweaks will make it hard for anyone to really know what it was.
Yeah, I know some parts sound ghetto. It would probably sound a lot better if I fixed it up a bit more, but there are a few parts (samples) in there that came out good.
