Ladies and Gentlemen, Angels, Demons, Dudes, Dudettes, Giants, Midgets, Charlie Sheen and everyone in between, Our annual tradition continues with Blackwater canoe rental and The "Official" 420 Canoe Trip! Over the past decade we have seen everything from burning branches and cliff-side avalanches to broken bones and kidney stones, but last year we really set the river ablaze by keeping all day-trippers and camping-trippers together for the first time!
This is an open invite event so spread the word like pigeon turd but Scout Leaders and Soccer Moms beware, this party-cular group is Rated "R" for language, violence, and some sexual content 8-)
To those of you who wanted to come in the past but "had to work" or "your dog ate your homework" we have given plenty of notice to extinguish your excuse, mark your calendars and get ready to let loose!
Over the years we have lived and learned how to make the most of this day, including how to keep the river clean and to focus on safety, and once again this year we have taken extra measure to ensure no one gets a DUI. The best way to avoid trouble is to camp overnight, but for those of you who cannot camp we have arranged for buses to provide transportation.
STAY TUNED for the upcoming "2013 OFFICIAL 420 ANNUAL CANOE TRIP" event page invitation which will contain complete agenda including important times, prices, and other details. If you cannot camp and cannot take the transportation provided, please coordinate carpooling and designated driving on the upcoming "2013 OFFICIAL 420 ANNUAL CANOE TRIP" event page!
To all my fellow 420 CANOE TRIP VETERANS, I'm looking forward to reuniting, and to those of you who will be experiencing this for the first time, make sure all valuables are secured and keep your hands and feet inside the ride at all times!
