FINALLY THE TALK FREE VERSION OF TODAY SHOW IS HERE :-)

If you want to listen in live next week and check out MASSIVE Guest ALKALINO from Munich check

www.SoulLegendsradio.com between 1-3PM UK time

It's gonna be DISCO-TASTIC!!!!

Felt very privileged to be hosting Scott Braithwaite back into the
Strange Cargo fold this week and be hosting a right old carry on with
such an old school Legend.  As always Scott Delivered the Goods in
splendid style mixing pure freshness with some old timeless classics
along the way, as only he can!

The first hour and a bit was packed full of the usual adventures
including a little custom intro to lead you down memory lane and
set the scene for a wonderful afternoon of chilling.

A little custom intro to kick things off featuring Themes from
Rainbow, Grange Hill, Mr Benn & It's a knock-out and the right
old carry on was underway and onwards toward a lovely bit of light
hearted Goldie Looking Chain to set out the stall for some more
Audio Debauchery from the far side of chill for loads of my
favourite people.

I was completely happy with the list of growing countries that we
connected with today and a great eclectic bunch of peeps to go with
a whole compendium of sound surfing through the Soul,Funk, Groove &
Chill Genres also focusing today on some great Reggae Cross over, a little
silliness,There was some fantastic Latin, a Monster Balearic Destination and the
most beautiful trips stopping off to say high? to the hippies with John Denver &
the WONDERFUL "Annies Song", which went down a storm!.

As normal a few hidden gems revealed along the way in you normal portion of
crate digging adventures and more than a few (double) funky stormers to get
them disco shoulders out ;-)

We even had a bit of High Octane Psyche / Stoner rock especially for my old pal
Mark Garfield who has just graduated last week!
The Killer Finale tune today was Sing, Sing, Sing by Jazz-bit and certainly
sent me off with a smile.

Today's wicked movie is quite new but already accumulated more than a tad of
a cult following and from the same team that brought you the unforgettable laugh
a minute stoner movie "Pineapple express".

Please use the following link (in the blog) to view it and be sure to tune in next week as we have
a bit of a disco-tastic special with an internationally renowned producer operating
out of Munich, His name is Alkalino and this show is not to be missed for sure, Hope to
see you all there where we can assure you of Miles of Smiles :-)

BTW; Anyone checking the BLOG or show who is not a FB Friend yet, "Friend me up", so I
can address any questions or issues you may have in the future most easily.

Simply search for Mark Gardner, Look for the lil hippy type fellow chilling out (and the
Strange Cargo Cover pic, of course, lol!) - This way you will know you have found me and
we can link.

Next Show: 1pm -3PM (UK time) Saturday 29th Oct 2012, do hope you can make it!

Oh and the full track-listings for my part of the show will also be up today. I still have
to go back and do a few retrospectively to eliminate the remaining gaps for you ACE folk ;-)
