Listening back to some of my favourite `mainstream' tunes and artists from the early 80's, its easy to see the development of my passion for electronic music. This led to my life-long fascination and awe at the pioneering use of computers, synthesisers, dub basslines, drum machines, effects & sampling in music, and ultimately led me down the path of becoming a devout follower of electronic music in all its forms.
I have to respect these early artists, and their influence on the development of the vast spectrum of electronic music as we know it (& gives thanks for it!) today.
You may cringe at some of these tunes, but they all evoke special memories from the more innocent days of Big Shoulder Pads, The Young Ones, Spitting Image, Dallas, Minder, Thatcher and Yuppies (steady Del-Boy, steady!).

the 80's , when there was real music !! and mixed fantastic !
I listened this mix in background while working. I must say good one. I like 80s. Most of transsions were good and harmonic, but few were kinda too cut off. Overall i liked the mix and track selection. Keep up the good work. :)
