Tribute To Frankie Knuckles (Old School Mix)
As many Djs around the world, I wanted to make my own set as tribute to "The Godfather of House Music" Dj Frankie Knuckles who sadly passed away last week. In this mix there are some of my favorite tracks since 1971, great vocalists such Jocelyn Brown, Loletta Holloway, Inaya Day, Ultra Nate', Alison Limerick, Adeva and Whitney Huston together with great collaborations with US Djs such Dave Morales and Quentin Harris. For those who know what I am talking about, I am sure you will love this set, for those who don't, well it's a good cultural journey about house music. Some of the tracks are 12" vinyls so their sound quality isn't that great, but I truly enjoyed doing this mix. R.I.P. Frankie, you won't be forgotten and you always be with us on our dance floors.
