For some reason I always felt comfortable around the 120 bms. You can really explore lots of trends without tiring the audience . watch your mixes they are on beat but they feel out of sync. Don't just look at the software input but close your eyes ans LISTEN with your ears and fingers. They are the extension of your ears and what controls the smoothness in your mixes.
