Really enjoyed putting this one together - such a great way to celebrate the life of such a great label. So many good tracks here. DJ Pierre is most definitely in tha house on this one, with the excellent 'Fall' and the very decent 'Love & Happiness', under his Joint Venture collaboration with George Morel. I've been looking for a way to slip Turnstyle's 'Reachin' Higher' into one of these volumes for some time now with its organ house sound... Mmmmmm. I accidentally came across Black Orchid's 'Trumpet King' while researching material, and I'm glad I did. A rhythmically hypnotic piece, that. Aw heck, I could ramble on all day! But why not let the music do the talking, and your ears the listening... enjoy!
