I went way back with this mix. Before Reggae there was SKA..

SKA originated in Jamaica in the late 1950s, and was the precursor to rocksteady and reggae Ska combined elements of Caribbean mento and calypso with American jazz and rhythm and blues

This playlist features some of my favourite ska tracks and festival songs that had a decent audio quality with a few inserts from the Bob Marley interview with Gil Noble. For your listening and dancing pleasure. Enjoy!!
