This is a set I made in the begining of August 2004 right after one of my favorite toys broke, my JBL PB12 Subwoofer. What a peice of shit amp that thing had built in. I've since fixed it by wiring it directly to an amp and having DBX and BBE gear to phatten up the signal. I'll certainly never buy a JBL product ever again! So anyway it was interesting making this set w/o being able to hear the bass to say the least. I was drawn to make this because I had still many new records that I had just bought from a friend of mine and because the NJ State Fair and Allentown Fair was coming up and I wanted some new material to hand out to the rides. The Wisdom MFG. "Gravitron" at the Allentown Fair played this mix all night but I realized I had recorded the bass too loud so I fixed it when I got home.
The first half of the set is darkside and atmospheric jungle from 93 - 94 while the second half is more happy and dark jungle tekno. It'd mostly a pretty chill relaxing ride.
