This is another short one. Its a half hour cheesy hardcore mix I made for my brothers wedding present so its not apart of my mixing portfolio, I just wanted to share it with whatever ravers wanted a romantic hardcore album. Tell me if the recording is unlistnable (e.g. too squeeky or painfully muddy) so I can do something about it, im still learning recording lol. Anyways enjoy x:)x
I had an incredible wedding where the ending set was all house and top40 remixes by request from the bride and groom. I had a feeling it was going to be quite a mix so I hit record in Scratch Live shortly after I began the set.
Since I planned to post an August Top40 Remix podcast and never got around to it, I decided to post this. This mix has sooo much energy, it is impossible not to want to move to this. I swear even stroke victims will be going in circles. smiley

A brief demo of the kind of style I demonstrate at weddings. Quick, energy-keeping transitions. Song selection was kept to the 'basic wedding dance songs', but do not expect this at your event. Unless requested, as a rule I don't stick to the common wedding songs. I consider DJs who do that... well, horrible. There's too much good music out there to constantly play only the top 50 wedding hits as chosen by Billboard magazine, right?
Oh yeah, and the muting was done live for crowd interaction. Sorry, that's what happens when you record a mix live!
