Mehanata is a legendary Bulgarian New York City club/bar that has been dousing patrons with Balkan beats and dark delicious beer for years now. This was the place that personally saw the rise of Eugene Hutz and Gogol Bordello, 'East infecting' New York with that Gipsy-influenced sound of guitars, trumpets and balalaikas.
This mix is a reflection of those sweaty, Balkan-beat filled nights of pure fun and pleasure, or to put it another way, a tusovka!
