This is the recording taken from my decks on my 21st birthday party. There's a lot of mistakes throughout but I think I did pretty well considering I was wasted. There's also a lot of Liquid Stranger rip offs, I would never normally do anything like this but it was my birthday and I was just playing what I wanted for fun so don't take this too seriously!
This was my first round mix for the Rumble in the Jungle Nationals - it is a Drum and Bass DJ competition based in New Zealand. This was recorded live at the competition, so apologize if the sound isn't that great, can always re-record at home at higher quality if it is preferred. I managed to get 3rd place overall; and i will try upload the 2nd round in the next few days (which is a 20minute mix). comments always welcome. Thanks all!
