So here we are, the last Sessions for 2012 as the festive season reaches fever pitch and we all do what we do for the holidays. For me, that includes a few days of feasting followed by hopefully 3 weeks of beach weather... we've already had some 40 degree (104F) weather so the outlook is good. Whatever your New Year resolution, one thing is for sure. The beats will continue to flow! And with that, comes my final Sunday Sessions for the year. We start out with some chilled vocals and laid back beats, but turn up the tempo midway through for some moving house numbers, some familiar vocals from yesteryear and I just had to end with one of my all time favourite chill remixes of one of my favourite artists. The tracks in the mix are by a man who knows how to make cool tunes Satin Jackets goes by his name, his style characterised by irresistible grooves and lush production with addictive bass-lines unfolding their magic. If you didn't spend your best years in the 80's where this style first originated, never mind, this mix will still make you feel nice whether you are on the beach or in your car.Enjoy!!
