Hello my friend!
It's been a while since my last upload... Or not? Well, with this track completed I may have outdone myself, as I have spent more than 37 hours on this in just 4 days. This particular track was actually a request from my brother, which I started on within a few minutes. After a day of work I added the voices from Algalon the Observer from the famous video game World of Warcraft. After adjusting the pitch and speeds I was already 2-3 minutes into the track and I realized the magnitude of a track I had going on. With the first drop, I needed a great flow, nothing insane yet, so I had to redo that part a few times untill I got it just right. After the second drop the track would feature a melody which magically appeared out of my pianoroll... wut? No, I spent allmost half an hour getting that melody to fit the drop perfectly and was able to do so. In the last part by the third drop, I focused on maintaining the flow and powerfull beat I had created earlier and make it slightly diffrent but still with the spacy dreamy mood. With success I might add...
Oh god for an intro huh? Well, I'm not done yet... Its time for some stats:
- 37 Hours and 16 minutes of work.
- 189 Patterns (holy. jesus. motherload. of. a. -insert swearing word-).
- 41 VST's (Nexus, Sylenth, z3ta+, Dimension pro, Kore and the list goes on and on).
- Custom made loops by me (Old stuff I dug out).
- 26 Automation clips.
- 19 Mixer tracks.
- Total track cost: 1395$ (if I didn't buy the stuff needed beforehand).
This is probably the biggest project I have been able to finish, and I am very pleased with it. I hope you are too :3
