Another harder tech mix I did lately. Started of on a steady 126 bpm and gradually picked it up as I went on. I tried to be a bit more technical on this set although there was a thing or two I wish I didn't do.Otherwise I'm happy on how it down...or should I say up! I'm definitely getting influenced by some other DJ's styles here. Turn it up and enjoy!
Ooooh...you boys and girls are gonna digg what I dished up in this little 2 hour tech/techno set. One of the things I enjoy most about mixing is when you buy new tracks and just start spinning it on the fly. I mean I love that anticipation of not even knowing yourself what's coming next...and best of all is sometimes there's so many different sounds and shit coming from all over you just try to keep all your shit together...ha ha!! This mix was me...entertaining ...hmm...me :) I do select the tracks to a certain extend but don't always really know what's coming next....that's when that sick bass line creeps in and give you goose-flesh all over. It's like partying while trying to focus...."focus-party-focus-party-foc...party"...that sounded cheese........A N Y W A Y... hope you enjoy it as much as I did mixing it...let me know if you did
Had my hands full on this one! Mixing while my mates around...everything started off nice,sweet and funky ...then got really nasty ...very quickly ... typical. Should have maybe called it...."busy-bodies"...ha ha
