This is the most amazing minimal techno mix tape I've ever heard in my life.  Unfortunately, I do not have the much needed tracklisting for it.  I'm putting this up so that hopefully some kind soul will help me with the tracklisting.  I would really like to buy the records in this mix so I can make my own DJ mixes with this material.  In order for that to happen, I need the tracklisting.  I'm most interested in the track halfway though (45 minutes in) that has the amen break from World Dominance "Compression".  I recently purchased Jeff Mills's "i9" which was featured in this mix twice.  Once as the intro, and again later the track "i9" on that EP was used.  I know the last track is Dave Clarke "Thunder".

This mixtape was used as a demo tape so that Billy could play records at the NE-Raves internet mailing list party "Yahoo".  It was at a club in upstate NY that was in a church (NOT the limelight).  The best DJs got to play in a shitty little basement with two HES Trackspots while the shitty DJs got to play in the nice big room with the HES Cyberlights and stained glass windows.  Billy, being an amazing DJ, got to play in the filthy dusty basement.  Those email lists were such BS....  And it never changed, it just evolved into music message boards and so on.

I wish I could contact Billy Desai himself to ask for the tracklisting.  Unfortunately it's such a common name, I'll never locate him.

PLEASE SOMEONE!  HELP ME WITH THIS TRACKLISTING!
