Hey Everybody, Jon Wang returning again with the 9th instalment in my series of tribute mixes to my fellow friends/DJ's/producers & this month the spotlight is on the Chicago house music legend Diz Washington. Ive been a fan, a friend since 1st meeting his at a lil spot called Zubar here in Dallas. Ive since seen him in San Fran @ Monarch & up in his backyard @ Smartbar & am always amazed at his track selection, his skills on the decks & hes always got a smile on his face and is genuinely happy to see ya. That's why I selected him for this months tribute mix - To say thanks for all the music he's shared with all of us, for all thats still to come...oh yeah and as a birthday present for him too.
