Wow, where did you get the 1st track from?
xx
G8 mix and g8 choice of music! A*
Thanks for your words guys. First track is an acapella (with beatbox) of Thriller. Got some funny looks from the crowd at the get go and started to panic, as Jon Cutter wasn’t fitting in so smoothly and quickly as I once tried! However, was a good night. Happy I could record it and summit the first 30mins to House-mixes. Will summit the rest of the set in due time. Nuff love
Tracklist is missing. Re-read the rules please.
Tracklist amended thanks.
However, some of the tracks are not approved. "Every track in your mix must include something that's associated with Halloween in the TITLE, i.e. warewolf, vampire, ghost, reaper, death, evil, skull, zombie, dead, fear, blood..."
Hi Alex, I trust that you’ve had a peachy weekend?
Really does depend your definition of Halloween related words. I assumed that Soul, Angels, Fear, Afraid and even movement for life; could and should be associated words/themes? Yet, you have specified within the competition rules the words “warewolf, vampire, ghost, reaper, death, evil, skull, zombie, dead, fear, blood”. Are these the only words allowed or where is your line on associated words (not exactly a massive index of traxs in there)?
My purpose of entering this particular competition, is purely to enter. I knew I wasn’t gonna win it and it appears you certainly do too. I haven’t played out for several months now, living in a different continent with an 8 hour difference to GMT. Due to the fact that you’ve already thrown me out of this competition twice already and regardless of the facts; being a fulltime parent (with a three year old and old year one old sons), I find this rather time consuming.
Thank you for your time, James Divine.
Nice to see you back in action Mr JD! Another really cool mix. More than half of the tracks abide by the strictest Halloween definition, and all of them if you expand your thinking here. Music is meant to open your mind, right? Either way, it should be up to the listeners :)
Soul Select-ions! Nice mixes too!!
Nice
