Thanks folks, im not one to write on my own stuff, but had a thought this morning while listening to a bit of Styles, (d&b). Now as u all know im my history is with Techno, Tech house and deep. This stuff is a little off my radar, especially the first half. Like i said in the description, Smaakloss, but its also influenced by other dj's who do this so well. After having another listen to Smaak set i see where i might have gone wrong with this, none the less it more of the case leave this sort of stuff to the people who do it well. Must kinda stay though. My love for 4/4 is disintegrating quick. I find techno to much, i find tech house to, well tech house. I find deep house has changed too were there a lot of what we use to call cheese vocals in it. And deep tech is nice just not much variation in the set. Disco did a set recently which was done the deep tech side. That was good, (get down like that) that caught my attention and made me wanna have a 4/4 mix. I think a few of you know ive said before i wanna hang up my boots regarding techno, as im done with it, truthfully it feels like its not done with me. This feeling usually kicks in when i here Jason or Risboteck. Those guys make me wanna. But when it comes to say, Drum and Bass, well, im getting more and more into it. Also chill stuff. Rocks.. Guess its my age or something. So not really sure I have a point, or even if you all care. Just needed to tell you someone who knows about music as im surrounded by people who dont have a clue about electronica. In fact theres only five people ive met in Noosa who actually listen to this... SAD SAD SAD....

5:10 - YEAH MAN! The bongos and the low decibel key licks with the female vocal hook. LOCKED IN at this point! 11:00 - WOW! Notice the keys and the lite percussion. Really introspective stanza for the listener here. Liquid transition to 14:00 (VERY NICE! Notice the extra drum pattern added). 17:31 - YEP! Majestic keys and the percussion really stand out. All bravado...hearing this pulls up adrenalin when your natural energy is depleted. 24:31 - ZONIN'! The drum pattern and the keys just melt the outside world away. 29:00 - INTENSE! Pure power with the synth on this!!! 36:14 - INFLICTED! You literally force the listener to journey into places inside where they may not want to go. Elementary TRANSITION to 40:05 (Now that you took us here, glad we came). 41:45 - IMAGERY - Smiling, drinkng beers on a rooftop with a million things to do. Just gonna blow stuff off and listen to this. 49:20 - STUNNING! A solar eclipse hit and just wondering how I should feel. 56:30 - INSIDIOUS! Walked out with a free pack of cigarettes and beer since everyone is so amazed with the eclipse above.
