Berlin Nightclub was the heart and soul of the early rave scene in Perth, Western Australia. From 1990-92, Berlin club ushered in a new era of underground dance for Western Australia and holds a fond place in the hearts of its regulars.
On 22 August 2015, the first Berlin Club Reunion was held with a sellout crowd of oldschool ravers (and quite a few new ravers) all keen to relive the golden days of underground dance.
This mix was recorded live from the set of Perth DJ veteran Greg Packer. Greg Packer is known worldwide as a Drum & Bass DJ and producer, but Perth crowds also know him as one of the pioneers of the Western Australian rave scene. Winner of the first two state mixing championships and winner of multiple Perth Dance Music awards, Greg Packer was inducted in to the Perth Dance Music Awards hall of fame in 2010.
At the Berlin Reunion 2015, Greg Packer returned to some of his and the crowd's old favourites in this classic house set.
