It's been a while since I visited a long-held love of mine: Vocal House. I love my Uplifting Trance and always will, but these are the sounds that got me into dance music in the first place and it's also the sound that got me interested in DJing again. The original FNKYHSE series from DJ Matt-T was a massive influence and I'll be forever grateful for his inspiration and feedback.
This mix kicks off with a great rework of Chic's I Want Your Love, the very first song I ever recorded off the radio with my Realistic cassette tape recorder back in '78. Played it over and over and it's one of my favourite tracks and I'm really happy to feature it here. Along with classics there are heaps of mashups and new tracks done in that timeless funky house style.
So if you're looking to get your grove back, get ready to freak out the the retro sounds of INDAH2E...hope you like it! :D
