This mix is for the hip hop purest as I go waaaaaaay back on this one as it is said Hip Hop turns 50 years old this year.
So, i have gone back to some of the oldest rap tracks (starting with a head nod to the classic 'Wild Style' movie soundtrack)and also included a chunk of tracks who's breaks,hooks and samples have inspired so many tracks even to this current day.

Brilliant - makes me feel my age though - some great samples still finding their way into modern music too - nice one.
