House Is Life and i am addicted
I have been collecting music for 33 years and very proud of my vinyl from the 80's/90's. In my opinion the 80's was the best time for music and i am a big Jazz Funk Fusion fan. Never let go of my collection as it would be like losing family. As time progressed and music, the collection starting changing.
Followed 90's soul and rnb scene and probably have most of the releases during this time. I progressed to house from the 90's and still feeling Lounge/Deep/ Afro & Jazzy / Soulful is what i prefer. Not afraid to experiment with sounds and always searching the globe for something a little different, and if recent releases don't cater for my needs, then there is always the archives.
I have no time for anything commercial and have a dislike to electro/Euro House /Pop music, this is for the headbangers...NO NO to anything commercial.
Music is like a journey, there is a start a finish and a great experience inbetween. Music gives you the opportunity to remember the good times, forget the bad times and keep moving forward.
Some of my Favourite artists as follows, Andy Compton, Culoe De Song, David Ospina, Pablo Fierro, Jazzanova, Atjazz, Fred Everything, Miguel Migs, N'Dinga Gaba, Reel People, Rasmus Faber, Lovebirds, SoulPoizen, MR.V, Pirahnahead, Charles Webster, Blaze, Black Coffee, Jimpster, Trancemicsoul, Justin Imperiale, Kerry Chandler, Eltonnick, to name a few but the list is endless as the music scene is always forever evolving.
My Listening Genre's - House, Soulful House, Deep House, Afro House, Jazz House, Latin House, Tribal House, Lounge, Nu-Jazz.
Music has always been my pastime and i would just like to give a big shout out to my dear wife for putting up with me. Life has been hectic and kinda faded out of the scene for a considerable time but now back to basics doing what i enjoy, pretty serious about my music and hope that i can spread some joy along the way...love peace and prosperity to all.
