Christian Camille hails from a small German village close to Munich. He got his biggest musical imprint in the years 1996 and 1997 when living in Toronto playing all the great stuff from Minimal to House and D’n'B. From the beginning of the new millennium, he rocked clubs in his home province Bavaria as a live act combining grooveboxes, samplers and turntables. Having moved to Vienna, where he studied art and sound at the Academy of Fine Arts, he made a name of himself as a local DJ covering all important clubs and spinning at international venues and festivals. During that time he had two monthly radio shows (‘Musikerziehung’ and ‘Broken Arrow’) at the internet radio station Play.FM (www.play.fm), where he worked as an editor. His style varies from Concrete, Experimental and Minimal Electronic Music over House and Tech House to Techno, Breaks and Garage House. Nowadays, living in Mexico City, he produces with a melodic, jazzy or sometimes Latin touch that can be found in his latest Minimal, Deep and Jackin’ House releases.
